Recognized stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts in establishing DOT&E’s Standing Test, Assessment, and Rehearsal Team (START) in support of Cyber Fires testing and process assessments.

Provide key planning, documentation, and recommendations of capability demonstrations and assessments addressing USINDOPACOM priority requirements. Leading to increased confidence in how these capabilities apply to operational objectives. 

Influencing change in DOD policy for cyber capability testing by addressing Operational Assurance and being key contributors to Department of Defense Instructions addressing testing of Cyberspace Attack and Enabling Capabilities. 

TCLArcher develops tailored and mission-oriented measures of effectiveness and suitability for use in operational tests, assessments, experiments, and/or evaluations

TCLArcher assesses synchronization and integration of cyber fires during major Geographic Combatant Command exercises

TCLArcher has applied more rigorous testing to already fielded capabilities. By introducing a more realistic range environment and an operationally relevant threat, it leads to improvements in the capability. 

Orchestrated and led a 90 minute briefing to the Honorable Director, DOT&E, a Presidential Appointee, on our efforts supporting operational tests and assessments of cyber fires capabilities.   The Director was enthused and said it was some of the best news he had heard.
